These Terms govern your use of BizBrain Inbox, a WhatsApp Cloud API webhook forwarding service operated by MeraCRM.

Acceptance

By creating an account or connecting a WhatsApp Business number you agree to these Terms and to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

Account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for the messages you send via the API. Do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

• No unsolicited messages, spam, or violations of Meta's Business Messaging Policy.
• No interception, modification, or impersonation of webhooks destined for other customers.

Service availability

Best effort; no formal uptime guarantee until a paid SLA tier is offered.

Liability

Provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms with notice via email or the dashboard. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
